Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to support the administration of our organization's computer network.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Networking Principles, Active Directory, computer hardware and software, helpdesk ticketing systems, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, relocate, upgrade, and image computers within the network.
  • Upgrade, install, and configure software to align with organizational goals.
  • Establish security measures and protocols to mitigate potential risks.
  • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Document processes and modifications related to IT Assets.
  • Utilize helpdesk ticketing systems and coordinate with users effectively.
  • Assist the Senior IT Administrator with various projects as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in IT systems, networks, and associated technologies.
  • Experience with the Windows operating system.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with PC Imaging Software such as Acronis or Aomei.
