Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Kimco Staffing Services. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer contracts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and administer contracts for new and existing products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customers, handling order review, entry, and ongoing communication.
- Review Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing pricing and delivery information in accordance with departmental policies.
- Monitor the performance of long-term contracts, analyzing and summarizing contractual obligations and commitments for internal stakeholders.
- Keep contract information updated and manage customer portals, working with internal teams and customer contacts to maintain accurate performance metrics.
- Interface with Production Control, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping/Receiving to expedite orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding contract administration, order receipts, pricing, shipping details, and any additional information required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of purchase orders and standard business practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in commercial aerospace is a plus.
