Job Summary

Water Heater Warehouse, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing files, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for our team members
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing a positive first impression
  • Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence, ensuring professionalism and clarity
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, using Microsoft Office software
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Manage expenses and reconcile budgets, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Provide support to other team members as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity
Requirements
