We're seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial individual with B2B sales experience to join our Sales Account Executive team. This role involves managing a portfolio of business relationships with retailers, home construction, and property management companies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing customer accounts, including the sale of floor covering products and merchandising systems.

Develop new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets and territory budgets.

Manage critical customer relationships with business owners and key decision makers.

Communicate UCX pricing strategy and product lines to customers.

Develop and manage credit relationships with portfolio clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or B2B sales with documented sales success.

Preferred experience in the flooring industry, construction, or home furnishings.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent customer service and relationship skills.

Ability to travel to customer locations within the designated sales territory.

Documented experience using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
