Job Summary:

Crown is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling select products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and services.
  • Participate in training activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
