Job Title: Territory Account Manager I

At Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue growth in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operations to develop strategic new business opportunities
  • Engage with customer accounts through regular calls and visits
  • Prioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on quality interactions and efficient processes
  • Lead communication on growth strategy with the territory and supervisor
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals to leverage enterprise customer network
  • Maintain an active and robust pipeline that shows the path to meeting and exceeding revenue budget
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry
