About the Role:

The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and shipping of online orders, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipping
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fulfillment or inventory management role
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft programs
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
