About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certification Operations Specialist to join our team at InterSystems. As a key member of our Certification Program, you will be responsible for driving, organizing, and maintaining key processes to support the InterSystems Certification program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exam Operations: Oversee all operations concerning certification exams, including application and request processing, eligibility, testing accommodation determinations, recertification process/audit.
  • Exam Development: Coordinate and support multiple exam development projects with exam developers.
  • SME Meetings: Facilitate SME meetings to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Content Management: Load and organize content in exam delivery system.
  • Billing and Voucher Issues: Handle billing/voucher issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Candidate Support: Provide support to candidates, pre and post exam.
  • Certification Reports: Produce and analyze certification reports with the team.
  • Retake Support App: Update retake support app for new exams.
  • Interactive Practice Quizzes: Prepare interactive practice quizzes in Totara.
  • Certification Marketing Communications: Prepare content to support certification marketing communications.
  • Certification Website: Assist in the design and maintenance of certification website.
  • Certification Program Uptake: Work with the team to ensure exam and certification program uptake and evolution.
  • Certification Program Assessment: Periodically assess the success of the certification effort using reports and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Digital Badging Program: Manage digital badging program.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years coordinating processes inside training or learning initiatives.
  • Process Documentation: Experience documenting processes for compliance.
  • Marketing Skills: Ability to produce marketing text and graphics for a global customer base.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, act as a team player and adapt to change and growth needs.
  • Data Organization: Excellent data organization and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Software Industry Experience: Experience working in the software industry is a plus.
  • Certification Exam Experience: Experience working with certification exams is a plus.
  • SME Experience: Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is a plus.
  • Learning Industry Experience: Experience in the learning industry as a trainer or courseware developer is a plus.
