The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position plays a critical part in maintaining our offices, delivering supplies, and performing basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, repairing minor issues, and ensuring overall office cleanliness.
  • Supply Delivery: Deliver supplies and materials to and from offices, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Seasonal Setup and Closing: Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up office technology and ensuring offices meet brand standards.
  • Training and Development: Attend required training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Security and Compliance: Confirm that offices are properly secured when leaving the premises.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Experience: Basic reading skills, knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs, ability to drive a motor vehicle, and a valid driver's license with adequate insurance.
