Job Overview

Under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Workforce Safety and the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Specialist serves as the key liaison between Becklar and our Connected Safety clientele, which includes enterprises, clients, and resellers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Becklar's processes and procedures are in alignment with the needs of our customers. The Customer Success Specialist will educate partners on the latest features of our industry-leading safety solutions, address inquiries, and provide technical assistance to clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training materials and business reports, all while exemplifying outstanding customer service and embodying the core values, culture, policies, and procedures of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprises and resellers, driving coordination between their representatives and internal departments as necessary. This includes training clients on the functionalities of our solutions and keeping them informed of updates. Proactively communicate relevant information to clients based on internal developments.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct research to understand the needs of enterprises and collaborate with internal teams to devise solutions. Work closely with clients to implement these solutions and maintain strong relationships as a trusted advisor across various levels.
  • Content Development: Update and create training materials in diverse formats to educate end users and administrators on Becklar's Workforce Safety solutions.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain a variety of business reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Industry Acumen: Continuously enhance knowledge in account management, safety, software, mobile applications, devices, and connected safety sectors, with the ability to understand and communicate market dynamics.
  • Professionalism: Uphold professionalism, security, and integrity in interactions with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field is required.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Results-driven and a creative problem solver, capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
