  • Inquiry and Referral Management: Manage inquiries and referrals related to our company's programs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communication and Liaison: Maintain ongoing communication with Care Managers and clients to assess service quality, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee all aspects of client scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address scheduling challenges promptly and effectively, resolving conflicts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures: Demonstrate expertise in staffing policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients receive consistent and uninterrupted care from dependable Caregivers, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • On-Call Scheduling: Participate in on-call scheduling responsibilities, providing 24/7 support and coverage.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional office duties as assigned, such as filing and data entry, to support the team's efforts.
  • Professionalism and Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, service excellence, and alignment with our company's values and mission.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and Caregivers effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive in finding creative solutions to scheduling challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable navigating telephone systems and relevant software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience and education preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Staffing Coordinator or Call Center Experience: Recommended, with a strong understanding of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Reliability and Confidentiality: Demonstrate reliability and respect for confidentiality, with the ability to work in a team-oriented call center environment.
  • Office/Administrative Support Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.
