ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Administrative Coordinator who can effectively manage the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess showroom experience and exceptional customer service skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Sales Representatives with documentation, communications, and scheduling
  • Maintaining and generating reports using G-suite and Word
  • Managing a multi-line phone system
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Providing support to management with daily operational tasks
  • Tracking sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conducting market research and providing additional support as required
  • Engaging with potential clients and offering sales assistance
  • Facilitating face-to-face interactions and managing customer relations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and general internet use
  • Professional telephone manners
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Basic accounting knowledge

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with mandatory Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM, totaling a 40-hour work week.

COMPENSATION:

$18+DOE
