About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health & Life general lines license, or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
