As an Environmental Services Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every patient, associate, and visitor enjoys an outstanding experience.

We recruit for various positions that contribute to maintaining clean environments, creating beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and preparing nourishing meals that support the well-being of every individual we serve—physically, mentally, and spiritually.


This senior-level position is tasked with upholding a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors by primarily cleaning specialized areas such as the Operating Room, GI, Cath Lab, IR, Pharmacy Clean Rooms, Sterile Processing, and conducting terminal cleans in accordance with established protocols and standards.

We expect you to deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with patients, visitors, and fellow staff members, and as an environmental professional, you will possess industry knowledge regarding the cleaning of specific departments, including the Emergency Department and Operating Rooms.


Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should bring the following qualifications:

- A minimum of six months of experience in institutional or commercial cleaning is required.
- Completion of a competency checklist or equivalent experience in a similar setting.
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English. Basic computer skills are necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Medium Work - (Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly)
