About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobility Specialist to join our team at Metropolis Corp. As a Mobility Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our parking lots and garages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests to the parking lots and garages, providing professional services and promoting good customer relations.
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries with confidence, ensuring premier customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and enforce parking policies, issuing violations when necessary and documenting incidents using company-provided handheld devices.
  • Maintain cleanliness in parking lots and common areas, communicating hazards and debris to the team.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Parking industry experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to delight customers.
  • Ability to operate mobile devices and technology, communicate effectively in spoken English, and work weekends and/or night shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
