Job Title: Lead Processing Specialist

Verra Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of administrative tasks, providing process guidance to a team, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our title processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of all administrative tasks within your assigned area
  • Respond to escalations and provide timely resolutions
  • Process title paperwork and verify daily title reports
  • Manage license plate inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 20lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Computer experience with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
