About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes or offices, collecting blood samples, and processing specimens with a centrifuge. You will also be required to maintain close communication with our operations and patient experience team during business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes or offices to collect blood samples
  • Process specimens with a centrifuge and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
  • Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens
  • Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment and maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team
  • Confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead or weeks ahead, if possible
Requirements
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
  • Experience processing samples
  • Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
