Job Title: Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mobility Specialist to join our team at Infinity Rehab. As a Mobility Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing low-intensity progressive exercise and activity programs to older adult patients, promoting their optimal activity, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement exercise and activity programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Provide safe and effective exercise and activity interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient treatments and interactions
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and post-secondary coursework in biological sciences, medical terminology, or related field
  • Current CPR certification
  • 0-2 years of experience in exercise, activity, or older adult care
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Passion for promoting exercise and activity in improving health and quality of life
