As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving our goals by generating sales leads, nurturing relationships with senior citizens, local community partners, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a productive sales plan, creating engaging community events, and educating potential patients about our services.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and results-driven, and have a strong understanding of consultative selling principles. A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience is required, preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of insurance brokers and Medicare/Medicare Advantage plans is highly desirable.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with senior populations and consulting selling techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally
