The Community Outreach Specialist Role

This position plays a critical role in generating sales leads, managing the pipeline, and nurturing relationships with senior citizens, community partners, and health plan agents.

As a Community Outreach Specialist, you'll develop and execute a productive sales plan, create engaging community events, and educate potential patients about our services.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service, while also fostering ongoing relationships with patients and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a monthly and quarterly sales plan to achieve new patient goals
  • Create local community events to attract seniors and generate sales leads
  • Prospect, build, and maintain relationships with senior citizens, community partners, and health plan agents
  • Educate potential patients about our services and provide personalized tours of our center
  • Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to prospects, patients, and community partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance brokers with Medicare and Medicare Advantage knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with and selling to seniors in the community preferred
  • Consultative selling skills, including rapport-building and trust-establishing
  • Healthcare knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce highly preferred
