Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview:

This program is dynamic and encompasses all facets of our business operations. In this position, you will gain valuable industry insights, skills, and resources to enhance your relationship-building capabilities. We encourage you to shape your own career trajectory and promote from within based on your performance. While this program is structured to be completed within 18-24 months, there is potential to finish in as little as 12 months. You will be assigned various operational and administrative responsibilities to support both local and regional management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the marketing database.
  • Generate leads for rental, lease, and pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Oversee all rental asset processes, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Achieve overall market share goals by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and disputes to foster ongoing relationships and expand the customer base.

Additional Duties:

On a voluntary basis, and as per scheduling needs, the Sales Management Trainee may also serve as an On-Call Representative as directed by the Supervisor.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with effective follow-up practices.
  • Possess common sense and a quick learning aptitude.
  • Willingness to relocate within the region or nationally upon completion of the training program.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, particularly in issue resolution, is preferred.
