Gothic Landscape, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.">
  • Work closely with our production crews to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.">
  • Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally.">
  • Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its new growth objectives.">
  • Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in targeted market segments and geographic locations.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of experience in client and crew management within the commercial landscape industry, preferably with a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio.">
  • A 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, such as horticulture or landscape architecture, or equivalent experience and training.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write and present proposals and bids.">
  • Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services.">
  • Sound time management and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays and vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement.
