Key Responsibilities
- Travel within designated sales territory to perform in-home assessments
- Leverage warm, pre-qualified leads to build and sustain a business portfolio
- Diagnose and inform homeowners about issues affecting their property and offer viable solutions
- Estimate repair costs and present homeowners with detailed job proposals
- Close sales directly with customers in their homes
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients while managing the sales lead pipeline
Job Requirements
- Full-time commitment
- Combination of remote and onsite work, reporting to a branch location
- Service area within assigned territory
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in commission-based sales, business-to-consumer, and/or in-home sales is advantageous
- Background in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on performance, customer service, and satisfaction
