About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Operations Manager to lead our Radiology team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our radiology services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in mobile field operations and two years in a supervisory capacity. You must have valid State Rad Tech/CRT and ARRT, ACRDMS/CCI certification and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you should be willing to travel up to 50% within our service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain state licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of radiology services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in mobile field operations.
  • At least two years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Valid State Rad Tech/CRT and ARRT, ACRDMS/CCI certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within service area.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
