Job Description:

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Lead (LVN) to join their team in the Bay Area. This full-time and permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in managing medical teams and overseeing daily operations.
  • They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A valid State Driver's License with a clean DMV record is required, along with recent Vehicle Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Experience: The Clinical Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Management Experience: They will lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Back Office Skills: The successful candidate will have prior experience in back office functions, including obtaining medical records, gathering medical history, and managing referrals.
  • Service Excellence: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, with a focus on providing efficient and delightful experiences for patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Certification/Licenses Required:
    • Clinical qualification: LVN (with current CA state license)
  • Education and clinical experience:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalency
    • Deep understanding of clinical and back office experience in a primary care setting
  • Valid State Driver's License with a clean DMV record. Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required.
