Job Overview

CRST Expedited, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee and develop positive relationships with drivers. The successful candidate will focus on increasing overall driver satisfaction and retention, while working closely with customers and other departments to meet company and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability.
  • Communicate customer needs to drivers and act as a driver advocate within internal departments.
  • Work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
  • Daily reporting of drivers without a co-driver and collaboration with operations and recruiting to fill those needs.

Work Environment:

This is an onsite position at a customer location in Olympia, WA, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm.
