Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to identify potential solutions and brainstorm effective approaches.
  • Formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments to validate or challenge our assumptions.
  • Engage in coding and development at a swift pace to rapidly gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with business stakeholders throughout the prototyping process to incorporate feedback and refine prototypes.
  • Develop documentation and runbooks to support the development team in operationalizing prototypes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL and an Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C#, with familiarity in .NET and a front-end framework such as React or Angular.
  • Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of business applications and opportunities presented by AI, particularly generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office automation using VBA and/or VSTO.
  • Knowledge of the HITRUST CSF or other security frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and AICPA TSC.
  • Understanding of security risk management, analysis, and assessment concepts and their applications.
