About the Role

In this opportunity as Software Development Manager, you will lead software engineering and QA teams in developing US Income Tax SaaS products.

Manage project progress, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Drive adoption of advanced engineering practices.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Software Development Manager if your background includes:

10+ years in software development with 3 years as development manager.

Strong experience in web-based SaaS products, preferably with Microsoft/.Net.

Cloud experience: Azure, AWS and/or Google.

Expertise in cloud-native architecture and engineering best practices.

Willingness to support legacy code during transition.

Proficiency in DevOps concepts and tools.

Understanding of cloud monitoring systems.

Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Proven track record in delivering multiple SaaS projects.

Passion for technology and hands-on management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
