Community Program Assistant Manager

The Team Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Developing and implementing personalized plans in consultation with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Providing training and coaching to support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Managing program operations, including resource allocation and budgeting
The successful candidate will have a strong background in developmental support, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $44,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and professional development opportunities.
