Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering all phone calls and e-mail inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Counseling program participants with culture shock and other emotional, mental, and physical health issues.
  • Maintaining a caseload that includes escalated Support cases for all programs and managing individual incidents in a timely and effective manner.
