Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, support, train, and develop assigned Direct Care staff
  • Facilitate planning and staff meetings as assigned
  • Communicate program and staff concerns to the Program Administrator
  • Ensure individual client plans are implemented
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in developmental disabilities
  • Valid ME Driver's License and proof of current insurance required
