About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Siemens Industry, Inc. as a Fire Alarm Systems Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the commercial fire alarm market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the commercial fire alarm sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on fire alarm systems and solutions to customers, ensuring they meet their safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure Siemens remains a leader in the market.
  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay informed on market developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the commercial fire alarm or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the commercial fire alarm market.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and regulations, including NFPA and IFC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in the commercial fire alarm or related industries.
