Senior Technical Program Management Leader - Hispanic Technology Executive Council (Remote) Are you passionate about spearheading initiatives that achieve essential business objectives and develop extensive products and platforms?

Our AI/ML capabilities are now leading the way in what is achievable in technology.In addition to overseeing technical programs, you will also contribute to the growth of the Technical Program Management discipline within the organization, drawing on your industry insights and experience to guide the team on the potential of exceptional TPM practices.
Our Senior Technical Program Management Leaders possess:Key Attributes:
Robust technical expertise (preferably in developing scalable platforms, products, or services) with the capacity to proactively identify and address technical challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

A data-driven approach to problem resolution and a collaborative mindset to implement comprehensive solutions; a systems thinker.
Capability to simplify complex technical concepts and facilitate informed decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration; adept at working across various functions, organizations, and reporting lines to accomplish objectives.
Highly developed emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and a profound sense of empathy for teams and partners.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management.
A bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions utilizing distributed computing.
3+ years of experience in developing distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture - preferably with AWS.
3+ years of experience in creating highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
3+ years of experience managing large and intricate programs - where you oversee the business or technical vision, collaborate with extensive cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and remove obstacles to achieve business impact.
Experience in developing systems and solutions within a highly regulated context.
A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
