In this capacity, you will leverage your systems engineering expertise in a Java product owner role, enabling you to make significant contributions to programs and projects that are vital to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical solutions through collaboration with various teams, partners, vendors, and clients at the mission level.
• Support initiatives by implementing SAFe methodologies.
• Lead the design and development of system and subsystem products under the mentorship of senior technical experts.
• Engage with clients and provide insights to project managers regarding programmatic and technical deliverables.

• Drive improvements to existing processes or establish new systems through significant conceptual thinking and analysis.
• Tackle complex problem-solving opportunities that require a comprehensive understanding of variables impacting multiple functions or businesses.
• Analyze issues to identify root causes and recommend strategies that will positively influence business results.
• Establish short- to mid-term tactics that impact results, recommending new products, processes, policies, or operating plans in alignment with job function strategy.
• Lead the design and execution of various testing phases, emphasizing test automation to support Behavior Driven Development.
• Manage teams that are geographically dispersed.
• Consent to Polygraph is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with SAFe or other large-scale Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous Poly clearance.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with government clients and other contractors.
• Proven ability to negotiate solutions among various functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated through relevant work experience.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright, Selenium, Grafana, Prometheus, JUnit, and experience with MBSE tools.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $128,000 - $238,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
