Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our rewards strategy in the Americas region. As the Head of People Rewards Americas, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive rewards programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced compensation and benefits professionals to develop and implement rewards programs.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in best practices, trends, and specialized compensation methods and technology.
  • Collaborate with senior management to maintain and promote progressive and competitive rewards programs.
  • Manage annual programs, including merit, annual incentive, LTI, and comp structures.
  • Design and manage employee benefit plans, ensuring they are market and cost competitive.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 15 years of general and Human Resource experience, inclusive of strategic and operational corporate reward responsibility.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a matrixed global organization.
  • Experience managing teams, including managing managers and a geographically dispersed team.
  • Business partnering and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to non-experts.
  • Global/International experience, with an understanding and appreciation for non-US approaches.
