Philips is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Leader to drive the creation of the North America Region strategy. As a key member of the North American Leadership Team, you will leverage industry insights, customer interactions, and business development relationships to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that reaches prioritized customer segments and ensures profitability and growth for the North America organizations.

Your Role:
  • Provide market, customer, and competitor insights and trends based on multiple personas to inform the creation of the North America Region strategy.
  • Review North America Region priorities, Business Unit strategy, and industry trends to establish a comprehensive strategic plan and go-to-market approach.
  • Identify gaps in the strategy and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop strategy presentations for executive leadership and develop business cases based on business intelligence and analytics.
  • Direct the activities related to the creation and maintenance of the North America Region Strategy, including creating the program approach, collaborating across functions and business stakeholders, and ensuring close collaboration with critical stakeholders.
