As a key player in our operations, the Telecom Construction Supervisor will oversee the execution of various underground projects, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage underground construction teams on multiple assignments.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, and workforce.
  • Revise and maintain construction schematics.
  • Handle invoicing and provide updates on project progress.
  • Enforce safety regulations and best practices on-site.
  • Oversee and synchronize project tasks and timelines.
  • Conduct site assessments and quality control checks.
  • Assess team performance and facilitate professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in utility construction management.
  • Familiarity with change orders and pricing structures.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
