**Job Summary**

Seek Now is seeking a skilled and experienced drone pilot to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. As a drone operations specialist, you will be responsible for providing aerial survey and inspection services for our telecommunications tower projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough aerial surveys of large towers and surrounding areas to identify potential issues and defects.
  • Lift, carry, and set up equipment up to 45 pounds, including drones, cameras, and other necessary tools.
  • Travel to project locations across the country, often on short notice, to complete assignments as defined.
  • Represent our company values of self-starter, visionary, and strategic leadership, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Utilize strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to ensure high-quality results and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in job assignment scheduling is essential, as you will be required to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
  • Ability to utilize other equipment as needed, including 3D cameras, drones, laptops, and smartphones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mavic 3 Enterprise drones and data capture software, such as Dronelink.
  • Background in telecommunications tower capturing projects, with a focus on aerial survey and inspection.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Part 107 License, with a valid and up-to-date certification.
  • Mavic 3 Enterprise drone, with all necessary accessories and equipment.
  • A clean and reliable vehicle, preferably with 4-wheel drive, for transportation to project locations.
  • An operational laptop and smartphone, with necessary software and tools for data capture and reporting.
  • Ability to travel nationwide, with a valid driver's license and necessary insurance coverage.
  • Ability to use a laptop and smartphone, including navigating between applications, entering data, and using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to submit complete, quality reports on time, with attention to detail and professionalism.

Other Requirements:

  • Professional appearance, with a clean and well-maintained vehicle and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance, with 1 million dollar coverage.
  • Prefer candidates to have an LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization, with necessary business registration and licenses.

  • 1099 independent contractor, with project-based work and flexible scheduling.
  • Work is location-based, with travel required to project locations across the country.
