Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hei Co DBA Heartwood Enterprises. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting thorough needs assessments, and providing expert advice on product selection and customization options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Consultations: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our doors and windows products, and provide accurate and competitive quotes tailored to customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry or home improvement.
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based role.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft products, CRM software, and other sales tools.
