Job Summary:

Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland Cuyahoga County is seeking an experienced HR Operations and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, benefits management, and the entire HR process from recruitment to hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR and benefits regulations.
Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition activities, ensuring high-quality hires.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
Maintain a budget for HR operations and benefits, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR or a related field can be an advantage.
3+ years of experience in HR operations and benefits management, with a proven track record in both areas.
Strong background in HR compliance and a deep understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits and HR processes.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, and paid time off.
