Customer Success Specialist

At HR Focal Point, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our Managed Support Services (MSS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients through implementation and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Address customer tickets and requests in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service.
- Problem-Solving: Review and troubleshoot errors, coordinate with clients to resolve master data correction issues, and communicate complex solutions to end users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate ticket prioritization with fellow team members, perform detailed research using multiple search platforms, and track ticket responses and completion times in accordance with SLAs.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English language, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- US Citizenship: US citizenship required due to client requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with preferred experience in SAP HCM and/or Success Factors modules.
