Palo Alto Networks is a leading cybersecurity company seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our customer success team. In this role, you will empower customers to prevent cyberattacks and simplify security processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks accordingly. They should also be familiar with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW, and cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure customers get the most out of our products.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify technical requirements and provide guidance and assistance to customers.
  • Lead the team that ensures our customers are getting value from the product they purchased.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
  • Familiarity with attack surface management is a plus.

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $112,000 - $182,500 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
