Hotel Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at Bmihospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel front office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
