Role Responsibilities:
The Clinical Practice Educator plays a crucial role in embodying the values and mission of WellBe. This position is tasked with promoting positive relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting ongoing training initiatives and patient care activities.
- Directing market competency assessments and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Providing educational leadership and fostering effective collaboration with senior management and local market teams.
- Monitoring educational needs and identifying opportunities for improvement within the clinical practice.
- Orienting and evaluating new staff to align with WellBe's standards and patient care needs.
- Assisting in the development of educational content and conducting training sessions for colleagues.
- Must possess a graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure and certification as required for the role.
- 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong background in education and mentoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement effective action plans.
This role may require travel up to 50% within the assigned area. The physical demands of the position include the ability to lift and move objects over 35 pounds and perform various physical activities.
