Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement a monthly schedule of activities that promote resident engagement and participation
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless integration of activities with resident care plans
* Document resident participation and feedback to inform future activity planning
* Report to the activities director and contribute to the development of the activities program

Requirements:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to advocate for the senior population
