We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Institutional Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Pasco-Hernando State College. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting institutional assessment activities, including outcomes assessment, program reviews, QEP assessment, and institutional surveys.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate outcomes assessment activities in all areas, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Conduct workshops and consultations for faculty and staff on developing and implementing outcomes assessment.
- Collect, review, and organize assessment documents to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Track assessment progress and follow up with faculty and staff to ensure timely completion and use of results for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with accreditation standards related to institutional effectiveness.
- Administer course evaluations and provide technical support for users.
- Coordinate and support program review efforts, providing guidance and consultations, ensuring quality and timely completion, and collecting and reviewing reports.
- Administer institutional surveys and provide consultations and technical support for users.
- Extract QEP summary results and provide technical support for the data collection portal.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote an assessment culture within the college.
- Represent the Office of Institutional Effectiveness on college committees as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
- Knowledge of and experience in outcomes assessment and academic program review processes.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards as related to institutional effectiveness.
- Experience with course evaluation administration.
- Knowledge of and experience with survey design, deployment, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in using one or more of the following: outcomes assessment software, course evaluation software, and survey software.
- Experience working with faculty and staff in individual and group settings.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, independent, analytical, and able to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven competence in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with a high level of professionalism, flexibility, discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
- Ability to self-motivate, self-pace, and work autonomously.
- Ability to serve as an effective team member.
