Key Responsibilities- Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries in a professional and upbeat manner.
- Communicates with associates and clients to evaluate service and ensure satisfaction.
- Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of caregivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Maintains field staff files, including compliance with required documentation.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic office and computer skills, with excellent interpersonal relations abilities.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent telephone skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
