Key Responsibilities
  • Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries in a professional and upbeat manner.
  • Communicates with associates and clients to evaluate service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of caregivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Maintains field staff files, including compliance with required documentation.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic office and computer skills, with excellent interpersonal relations abilities.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
