Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication between the manufacturing floor and other departments, including procurement, sales, and management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with data entry and the maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of production, inventory, and procurement activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events as needed, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prepare and distribute reports related to production, cost control, and project timelines, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in an administrative role within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and procurement procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
