Position Overview: The AdTheorent Healthcare Account Executive is responsible for managing the client relationship after the sale, ensuring exceptional service through effective campaign oversight, relationship building, client retention, and opportunities for additional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multi-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns within the Health and Pharma sectors, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts, ensuring that client expectations and campaign requirements are fulfilled promptly.
  • Work with internal departments to create health-specific target audiences, ensuring timely campaign launches and optimal performance throughout the campaign duration.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of AdTheorent's Health offerings to identify opportunities for upselling based on client needs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to strategize and implement enhancements to campaign performance, driving optimal results for clients and their target health audiences.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Stay informed about advancements in digital media and industry technologies relevant to the Health and Pharma sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within programmatic advertising, account management, customer success, or media planning.
  • Prior experience in account management at an ad tech or media firm is essential; experience with Health and Pharma campaigns is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of interactive media planning, buying, and performance metrics (e.g., NPI Reach, Audience Quality, CPQA, CTR, CPA, CPM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and various industry tools.
  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape, including bid management and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to recommend effective solutions for clients.
  • Possess a sense of independence, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
