Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager specializing in Physician Relations to enhance our operations. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for our key partners, fostering relationships that promote long-term success. Your responsibilities will include establishing a robust physician referral network and driving outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Prenuvo and healthcare providers, including physician practices and hospitals, to cultivate and sustain positive relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within a designated area to expand our physician network.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at increasing patient referrals and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Provide insights to internal teams regarding clients' strategic initiatives.
  • Implement account penetration strategies to enhance collaboration and growth.
  • Significantly enhance client relationships, focusing on revenue generation and profitability.
  • Clearly communicate Prenuvo's value proposition to clients, offering solutions that drive profitable sales.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with healthcare providers to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established sales and pricing protocols.
  • Document and analyze customer-focused activities to enhance productivity and identify future sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and client needs to build a sustainable book of business.
  • Collaborate with team members to finalize sales terms, including pricing and implementation timelines.
  • Monitor and update internal tracking systems to ensure accuracy in sales metrics.
  • Provide timely reports on physician relations activities and outcomes.
  • Engage in professional organizations and attend relevant events to stay informed on industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or account management, ideally within a healthcare organization.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and plans clearly.
  • Self-driven with a high energy level and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Business acumen in opportunity management and customer planning.
  • Technological proficiency relevant to today's business environment.
  • Ability to build trust and effectively close sales with clients.
  • Persistence in executing plans until desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Preferred:
    • Knowledge of preventative healthcare and MRI technology.
    • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered.
